CHEFA Workforce Development Press Event
When the Connecticut Housing and Educational Facilities Authority (CHEFA) needed support for an important press announcement held at the Connecticut State Legislature Building, Ink&Pixel was there from start to finish (and beyond). On Wednesday, Feb 27, 2019, the press, awards winners, employees and political representatives convened for the awarding of over $1 million to nonprofits and educational institutions to support Connecticut workforce development and advanced manufacturing training programs. Ink&Pixel provided PR, branded print materials (event agendas, informational postcards, stationery templates, name tags), photography and art direction, and event management support for the entire effort.
The CHEFA Grant program, established in 2002, supports nonprofit organizations that provide essential health, educational, cultural and childcare services to the residents of Connecticut. This event marked an important strategic shift for CHEFA toward supporting workforce development programs in Connecticut. We are proud to be part of this effort to drive critical economic and employment growth in our state.
