On November 21st, Ink&Pixel Agency welcomed members of the Connecticut Art Directors Club (CADC) to mix and mingle at our agency as part of their ongoing CADC Studio Socials — a series of hangouts where creative peers invite you into their space.
Ink&Pixel was honored have been selected as the next host studio, where we gave guests a rare glimpse behind-the-scenes at our facility and showed them what we’ve been up to. We had a fantastic turnout and enjoyed an evening of great conversations and networking with some new and familiar faces — thanks to all who attended!
Then to cap off the festivities guests enjoyed an intimate fireside performance at our backyard patio by Connecticut-via-Nashville singer-songwriter Sarah Lou Richards, where she performed original songs — keeping everyone cozy under the stars, while they popped corn over the fire.
We served refreshments including extra special treats from ZEST by Zophia, a Pop-Up Culinary Experience:
▸ Orange-scented chocolate cremeaux: whipped orange ganache (with white
or dark chocolate ganache) and spiced Guinness cake with raspberry geleé
▸ Gingerbread cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese frosting
(sugared cranberries and rosemary)
▸ White chocolate pots de crème with mixed berry compote
with greek yogurt, vanilla bean, lemon, berry, panna cotta
▸ Dark chocolate and peppermint pots de crème with chocolate chunk
or double chocolate shortbread cookie, hand-molded chocolate leaves
(as a tribute to 85WISHES and Pa Paul), and dark chocolate pearls
In the spirit of the season, we also collected gently used coat and shoe donations at the event for Soles 4 Souls.
